Responsibilities

• Identify member financial needs and recommend Credit Union products and services.

• Perform routine financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, check cashing.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts with accurate documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of Credit Union products, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
