Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred but not required.
• Minimum one year experience in financial institution or customer service preferred.
• Prior cash handling and customer service responsibilities preferred.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to mission.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead conversations to identify member needs and provide service.
• Process share deposits, loan payments, transfers, and cash withdrawals.
• Open new memberships and verify accuracy and compliance.
• Address member inquiries about credit union services and accounts.
• Promote credit union products and refer to loan departments as needed.
• Balance cash drawer and adhere to internal controls and security procedures.
• Support branch growth and participate in outreach activities.
