Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Bilingual Member Services Representative in Austin, TX. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to club members and staff at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

You will assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions while maintaining a welcoming environment. Candidates should be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess strong customer service skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Experience in a service-oriented position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist club members and guests at the front desk.
• Assist with membership sales, check-ins, and program promotions.
• Maintain front desk operations and ensure club cleanliness.
• Respond to member inquiries within 24 hours and escalate as needed.
• Support staff with PT client enrollment and promotions.
