Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Bilingual Member Services Representative in Austin. You will greet members and guests, process membership sales, handle check-ins, and promote fitness programs while delivering outstanding customer service. Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist with membership sales, check-ins, and front desk operations.
• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests.
• Promote programs like group fitness and tanning.
• Maintain club cleanliness and support new member enrollments.
• Provide PT lead generation and track KPIs with PTM support.
