Job summary

Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe in San Antonio is seeking a Bilingual Member Services Representative to greet members, process check-ins, and support club operations. You’ll drive membership sales, promote programs, and uphold outstanding customer service in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, with at least 1 year in a service role, excellent communication, and a positive, energetic presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist in front desk operations including membership sales, check-ins, and program promotions.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to member inquiries within 24 hours.
• Support club cleanliness and promote group fitness and tanning programs.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and assist with new member onboarding.
• Report to the General Manager and PT/club leadership on key results and action plans.
