You will respond to inquiries across phone, email, and chat, document interactions, and collaborate with the Member Services team to ensure the highest level of support. A proactive, customer‑focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy under pressure.
• Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask and manage time in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and CS software.
• Full-time with flexibility including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
