Realm Health is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Dallas, TX office. The role is full-time and hourly, focused on delivering exceptional service in both English and Spanish to our members.

You will respond to inquiries across phone, email, and chat, document interactions, and collaborate with the Member Services team to ensure top-tier support while applying critical thinking to resolve issues with empathy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and customer service software is a plus.
