Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Part Time Member Services Representative for weekend and morning shifts in Mansfield. You will greet members and guests, support sign-ups, answer questions, and ensure a friendly, judgment-free experience.

We encourage bilingual English/Spanish candidates; must be 18+, have a High School diploma/GED, and be able to stand for long periods. CPR/AED certification is required within required timeframes; training provided, PTO and advancement opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Check in members, sign up new members, log amenities, and relay updates and events.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing questions.
