Job summary

Planet Fitness in Bellbrook, Ohio, is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative for part-time weekend/evening shifts. You will greet members, answer questions, log amenities, register new members, and keep the front desk clean and welcoming while delivering a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a High School diploma or GED.
• CPR/AED certification may be required within specified time frames.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, tour, sign up new members and log amenities.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Assist with POS transactions for beverages, merchandise, and memberships.
• Support with member cards, addresses, and billing questions using the POS.
