Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Bilingual Member Services Representative to provide outstanding customer service at the front desk and to drive membership sales. You will check members in, answer phones, promote programs, and ensure a welcoming club environment.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English, with at least 1 year in a service role. CPR/AED certification should be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests at the front desk and answer inquiries.
• Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and promotions.
• Maintain club cleanliness and front desk workflow to ensure smooth operations.
• Support programs like group fitness and tanning as part of member experience.
• Keep accurate records for enrollments and procedures.
