Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a friendly, bilingual Member Services Representative in Tulsa, OK. You’ll be the welcoming face at the front desk, assist with membership sales and check-ins, and promote club programs while delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests.

You’ll need excellent communication skills, a minimum of one year in a service role, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced gym environment. A free gym membership is among the perks.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills required.
• CPR/AED certification may be required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with member sales, check-ins, and program promotions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at the front desk.
• Maintain club cleanliness and support program initiatives such as group fitness and tanning.
