Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is hiring a part-time Branch Member Service Representative at the Marshall Road branch in San Antonio, TX. The role blends teller and personal banker duties, delivering friendly member service and guidance on RBFCU products.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour with an eligible $2.00/hour bilingual certification bonus. This position supports fraud checks, risk reviews, and branch operations while offering growth through RBFCU’s Learning and Development program.

Qualificações

• Six months of work experience in financial services or customer service preferred.
• Flexible Monday through Saturday schedule with potential location transfers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and follow instructions.
• Proficient with PC and office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enthusiastic, professional, courteous service to members.
• Process transactions in person, video, drive-thru, or phone channels.
• Maintain cash and negotiable instruments according to policy.
• Engage with members to assess needs and recommend products.
• Support sales culture and branch standards.
• Assist with branch reservist duties by handling Member Service Center calls.
