The MSR will process transactions across multiple channels, assess deposits for fraud risk, and promote RBFCU products to enhance financial well-being.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• Flexible Monday–Saturday schedule; able to cover locations as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with PC and office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospects.
• Process a variety of transactions across in-person, video, drive-thru, and phone channels.
• Maintain cash and negotiable instruments per policies and laws.
• Engage through needs-based conversations and recommend products.
• Support branch standards and contribute to growth and learning.
• Assist with calls for the Member Service Center as needed.
• Identify potential fraud during deposits and interactions.
• Refer needs to other departments and comply with policies.
