Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative at the Austin Highway branch. This role blends Teller and Personal Banker functions to serve members and prospective members.

You will process transactions, maintain cash controls, and engage customers with needs-based conversations while upholding security and fraud prevention standards. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and compensation starts at $20/hour with a $2/hour bilingual premium after

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• Flexible Monday through Saturday schedule.
• Must be able to cover staffing at any location within the region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members, prospective members, and RBFCU team.
• Process a variety of transactions in person, video conference, drive-thru, and telephonic channels.
• Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments per policies and regulatory laws.
• Engage members through needs-based conversations to uncover financial needs and recommend products and services.
• Qualify members and assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts.
