Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in Round Rock, TX is seeking a part-time Branch Member Service Representative to greet members, process transactions, and educate them on RBFCU products and services. The role blends teller and personal banker duties in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will support cross-selling, maintain accurate cash handling, and uphold security standards. A bilingual English/Spanish certification earns an additional $2 per hour after completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Six months of work experience (financial institution, customer service or sales experience preferred).
• Attendance and promptness; flexible Monday through Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Process a variety of transactions in person, via video conference, drive-thru, or phone.
• Maintain cash and negotiable instruments per policies and regulations.
• Assist Branch Reservist by handling Member Service Center requests.
• Assess deposits for fraud and detect impersonation to mitigate losses.
• Assist members with account needs and coordinate with other departments.
• Qualify members and assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts.
• Prepare teller reports and escort members as needed.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet sales goals.
• Support cross-serve culture to meet branch standards.
• Observe safety and security procedures.
