Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in Buda, TX is hiring a Branch Member Service Representative. The MSR will perform Teller and Personal Banker functions, delivering friendly, efficient service and handling a variety of transactions to meet members' financial needs.

This role starts at $20.00 per hour, with a comprehensive sign-on bonus totaling $1,250 and an additional $2.00 per hour bilingual premium after certification.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in financial services, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible Monday–Saturday schedule and cover locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enthusiastic, polite service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions in person, video, drive-thru, and phone channels.
• Maintain cash and instrument control per policies and laws.
• Engage customers with needs-based conversations and recommend products.
• Support sales culture and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Serve as Branch Reservist handling Member Service Center requests.
• Assess deposits for fraud and impersonation risks.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts per RBFCU agreements.
• Prepare teller reports and assist with guided branch operations.
• Adhere to safety, security procedures, and applicable regulations.
