Bilingual Member Service Associate Provides Exceptional, Member-focused Service As a Frontline Team Member. You Will Support a Diverse Membership In English And a Second Language By Assisting With Everyday Banking Needs, Including

• Opening accounts and providing guidance on available products and services
• Processing member transactions accurately and efficiently
• Answering questions related to products and digital banking services
• Actively listening to understand members’ financial goals and recommending solutions
• Referring members to appropriate resources when needed
• Ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable requirements
