Job summary

Campus Federal is hiring a bilingual Member Service Representative to assist Spanish-speaking members with financial transactions, account servicing, and digital banking support. This full-time role emphasizes delivering an exceptional member experience in both English and Spanish.

You will support multiple channels—phone, email, video chat, and secure messaging—helping members reach their financial goals while maintaining accuracy and security.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, reading, writing and speaking both languages.
• Minimum of two years in the financial services industry.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience handling financial transactions and resolving member inquiries.
• Ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking members across multiple channels (phone, email, video chat, secure messaging).
• Assist members with routine financial transactions and account servicing requests.
• Process debit/credit card assistance, ACH, stop payments, fraud disputes, check orders, and wire transfers.
• Educate members on Credit Union products and digital banking tools.
• Identify member needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Support enrollment and navigation of digital banking services.
• Maintain accurate and secure member information with proper authentication.
• Recognize and escalate potential fraud or account abuse as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and regulations.
• Build positive relationships with timely, professional, solution-oriented service.
