You will travel between store locations, participate in community events, and work weekends with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoy speaking with people.
• Love helping members through outreach and educational activities.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process transactions while following policies and protecting member information.
• Work independently or with a team, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Inform and educate potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach more than 50% of the time.
• Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commute and participate in community events.
