Oportun is hiring a Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative in Austin, TX. You will greet members, process transactions, and educate communities about our affordable financial services.

The role involves outreach at stores and partner locations, plus light housekeeping and basic computer tasks. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, weekend availability, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Available to work weekends and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following company policies and protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily goals in lending and servicing activities.
• Educate potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach at locations and community events (50%+ of time).
• Light housekeeping to keep the store inviting and presentable.
• Use a computer for administrative tasks and servicing members.
