Oportun is seeking a Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative in Houston, TX. You will welcome members, process transactions, and promote Oportun’s inclusive, affordable financial services.

The role involves outreach at stores, partner sites, and community events, with emphasis on education and customer care. The position requires bilingual communication, a sales-oriented mindset, weekend availability, and the ability to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members, including prospective members through outreach and educational activities.
• Available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following policies and protecting member information.
• Educate potential members about Oportun’s services during outreach and community events.
• Travel between designated work locations for outreach activities as part of standard duties.
