Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and educational activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Educate and inform potential members about Oportun’s services during outreach activities.
