Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating schedule set every two weeks.
• Must have regular attendance to support store operations.
• Must be willing to work outdoors year-round to identify new sales opportunities and promote company products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Engage in outreach more than 50% of the time at locations and community events to educate about services.
