Oportun in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative to welcome members, process transactions, and drive outreach initiatives in stores and at community events.

The role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and the ability to travel between site locations. You will engage with local businesses and customers, help start applications, and support lending and servicing goals.

Formación

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating work schedule based on store needs.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Willing and able to work outdoors year-round to identify new sales opportunities and promote products and services.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment (phones, scanners, iPads).
• Ability to organize and file paper documents.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following company policies and protecting members’ information.
• Work as a team or independently, including time alone in the store, while exceeding daily goals in lending and servicing activities.
• Engage in outreach more than 50% of the time at locations and events to educate potential members about Oportun’s services.
• Light housekeeping to keep the work area inviting and presentable.
• Use a computer intermittently for administrative tasks and member servicing.
• Stand while assisting members; sitting allowed during non-member-facing tasks.
• Occasionally unpack and store office or cleaning supplies.
• Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance as part of standard duties.
