Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions following policies while protecting member information.
• Educate and inform potential members about Oportun's services during outreach activities.
• Assist with applications and guide members through the process.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and assist with light housekeeping.
