Solarity Credit Union is seeking a full-time Experience Guide at our North 5th Branch in Yakima. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and a passion for delivering exceptional member service.

You will greet members warmly, streamline check-in, and ensure a positive, efficient branch experience from arrival to departure. Collaborate with teammates to maintain a welcoming lobby and assist with simple transactions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proactively conduct an efficient interview to understand the member's reason for visiting.
• Enthusiastically help members and create positive interactions with members and colleagues.
• Work productively in a positive team environment.
• Be bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members with warmth and professionalism from entry.
• Streamline check-in procedures to minimize wait times for arrivals.
• Address concerns promptly to contribute to overall member satisfaction.
