Workforce Opportunity Services in Carrollton, TX seeks a Member Experience Representative for a Medicare Advantage contact center serving seniors. You will handle calls, email, and some in-person interactions, educating members and caregivers about benefits and plan options.

Responsibilities include explaining benefits, resolving issues, following HIPAA, and maintaining documentation with high accuracy in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Formación

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of call center or related customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of Medicare benefits experience (Medicare Advantage preferred).
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy is desirable.
• Ability to stay calm in charged situations.
• Data entry and general computer skills.
• Effective written and oral communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries about enrollment, claims, benefits, and referrals.
• Explain benefits and plan options in person, by email, or by phone to members, families, providers and caregivers.
• Follow up to clarify issues, determine causes, and resolve solutions.
• Escalate issues to management or other departments as required.
• Meet quality, productivity, and schedule/attendance standards.
• Document interactions in the computer system per department standards.
• Support HIPAA compliance and cooperate with other departments as needed.
