Workforce Opportunity Services is seeking a Member Experience Representative in Chandler, AZ to support Medicare Advantage members. The role combines phone, email, and in-person interactions to educate on benefits, help with enrollment and claims, and coordinate with providers and caregivers.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a call center, Medicare benefits knowledge, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and opportunities to contribute to

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Fluent English and Vietnamese.
• 1–2 years of call center or related customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of Medicare benefits experience, including Medicare Advantage plans.
• Experience in the healthcare, insurance or pharmacy industry is desirable.
• Strong multitasking and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through in-person, phone, email and other channels.
• Explain benefits and plan options clearly to members and caregivers.
• Follow up to resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in documenting interactions in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity and schedule adherence targets.
• Respond to inquiries about enrollment, claims and referrals in a timely manner.
• Participate in member outreach and retention initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
