Job summary

Workforce Opportunity Services is seeking a bilingual Member Experience Representative to support Medicare Advantage members. The role involves multi-channel customer service, in-person interactions, and documentation in company systems.

You will explain benefits, assist with enrollment and claims, and coordinate with providers and caregivers as needed. This full-time, on-site position in Carrollton, TX offers a daytime schedule (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM) and a pay range of $22–$25 per hour plus

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of Medicare benefits experience or familiarity.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or pharmacy is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across phone, email, and in-person channels.
• Explain benefits and plan options to members, families, providers, and caregivers.
• Follow up to resolve issues, escalate when needed, and adhere to policies and job aids.
• Document interactions in the computer system and meet quality and attendance standards.
