Job summary

Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS) is seeking a Member Experience Representative in Carrollton, TX for a full-time, on-site role in a Medicare Advantage context. You will handle calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, explaining benefits and plan options to members, caregivers, and providers while documenting interactions in our systems.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Vietnamese, with 1–2 years in call center or related customer service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese required.
• 1–2 years of call center or related customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicare benefits or healthcare industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Explain benefits and plan options clearly to members and caregivers.
• Follow up to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the system and meet quality standards.
• Handle high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency.
