Job summary

Workforce Opportunity Services in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Member Experience Representative for our Medicare Advantage focused contact center. The role combines phone, email, and in-person interactions to assist members, providers, and caregivers with enrollment, benefits interpretation, and referrals.

You will document interactions in our systems, maintain high service levels, and work 40 hours weekly from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• 1 to 2 years of call center or related customer service experience.
• 1 to 2 years of experience with Medicare benefits, including Medicare Advantage plans.
• Experience in healthcare/insurance/pharmacy desirable.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and explain benefits clearly.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in person as needed.
• Escalate issues to management when required.
• Document interactions in the company software and meet quality standards.
• Support member enrollment, claims, referrals, and authorizations.
• Maintain schedule adherence and participate in training.
