Job summary

Workforce Opportunity Services is seeking a Member Experience Representative in Houston, TX for a full-time, on-site role. The position involves handling phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with Medicare Advantage members, providers, and caregivers.

You will explain benefits, assist with enrollment and claims, and document interactions in our system while meeting quality and productivity standards. Requires bilingual English/Vietnamese and 1–2 years in a call center or related field.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center or related customer service experience.
• Experience with Medicare benefits including Medicare Advantage plans is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm in charged situations and handle high call volume.
• Data entry and general computer skills; professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members via phone, email, and in person.
• Explain benefits and plan options clearly to members and caregivers.
• Follow up to clarify issues, determine causes, resolve problems.
• Escalate issues to management when required.
• Document interactions in the member management system.
