Qualificações

• High School diploma required.
• One year's experience as receptionist in a clinic preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required at level 9.
• Ability to multitask and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare billing desired.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages for the clinic.
• Greet patients, log visits, notify arrivals, provide translation as needed.
• Maintain patient data: charts, registrations, updates in the system.
