Michael Foods, Inc. Wakefield site is seeking a Site Recruiter to partner with HR and Operations, attracting top hourly talent and coordinating the full cycle of recruiting for full-time, temporary, or seasonal hires.

You will manage postings, screen candidates, and support new hires through onboarding, while adhering to GMP/HACCP standards and data privacy guidelines in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruiting and staffing services for full-time, temporary, or seasonal hires.
• Coordinate advertising and postings for open positions; review resumes and conduct interviews with supervisors.
• Schedule background checks and drug screens post-offer.
• Enter new hire information into payroll/HRIS and maintain records.
• Maintain employee files and HIPAA/privacy guidelines.
