Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site duties at our community. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-readies and pool maintenance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA, and reliable transportation for on-call emergencies. Salary ranges from $21 to $24 per hour with benefits and total rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready tasks.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs and ensure safety standards.
