Job summary

PSB (Pro Services Boston) & Green Ocean Property Management is seeking a full-time remote Maintenance Coordinator. You will act as the command center for work orders, coordinating between tenants, vendors, and the internal team while ensuring SLAs are met.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), with US property management maintenance experience and the ability to work EST hours. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in US property management maintenance coordination is required.
• Knowledge of construction or engineering is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and classify work orders; triage to minimize dispatches.
• Schedule and dispatch work based on trade, SLA, geography, and cost.
• Coordinate licensed vendors; manage COI/W-9 and quotes.
• Communicate with tenants and owners with clear ETAs and updates.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance cycles and batch scheduling.
• Verify documentation, photos, invoices; submit to accounting.
• Follow SOPs for emergencies and after-hours scenarios.
• Track SLA adherence, costs, and vendor performance; suggest improvements.
