Zohorecruit is seeking a reliable Maintenance Coordinator to support a U.S.-based property management company in a fully remote role. You will handle tenant maintenance requests, log tickets in AppFolio, dispatch vendors, and ensure repairs are completed promptly with high tenant satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have experience with U.S.-based properties, are fluent in English and Spanish, and can manage multiple requests while maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Experience with AppFolio (required).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Experience in property management or maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Answer tenant calls and emails regarding maintenance issues.
• Create and manage maintenance tickets inside AppFolio.
• Dispatch appropriate vendors and maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate schedules between tenants and contractors.
• Monitor open maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Follow up with tenants to confirm repairs were completed properly.
• Communicate updates to property managers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activity in AppFolio.
• Assist with other property management administrative tasks when needed.
