Caliber6 is seeking a proactive Property Management Officer to join our remote team. With 2-3 years of property management experience, you will handle tenant relations, coordinate maintenance, and manage rental collections while ensuring clear communication with tenants and stakeholders.

This full-time role requires initiative, sound decision-making, and strong English and Spanish communication skills. EST hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and you will work remotely in the United States/Puerto Rico.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
