Total Quality Logistics in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Bilingual Account Representative to join an established sales team. This in-office role focuses on building client relationships, managing cross-border shipments with Mexico, and delivering excellent service around the clock.

You’ll participate in an accelerated training program, then drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement, pricing, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with sales team and customers to manage relationships for Mexico cross-border shipping needs.
• Oversee shipments from start to finish and resolve issues to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Collaborate with sales to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Input and manage shipment data in company systems.
• Support billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
