AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate ocean and air shipments, liaise with customers and overseas offices, and manage delivery milestones for domestic and international freight.

You will maintain SOPs, track shipment timelines, support billing and reporting, and ensure accurate documentation across multiple systems. 3–5 years of logistics experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding or related operations.
• Strong shipment tracking, delivery coordination and logistics documentation.
• Ability to manage files from A to Z with accuracy and urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teams.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with customers and overseas offices to assess needs and resolve shipment questions.
• Manage ocean and air shipments from origin to destination and keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate arrival, delivery setup and milestones for freight.
• Maintain SOPs, shipment timelines and EDI updates.
• Support management with reporting, cost tracking and documentation.
• Perform billing and handle files from A to Z with high accuracy.
