AppleOne Employment Services in Miami, FL is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for a temp-to-hire role that supports shipments, drivers, and customers while keeping daily transportation operations moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) with at least 1 year in logistics, shipping, or related customer service, proficient in MS Office, and ready to work a hybrid schedule Tue–Sat 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, shipping and receiving, or customer service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily pickup and delivery schedules to ensure on-time shipments.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and internal teams on shipment status and details.
• Prepare, process and maintain shipping documents (invoices, records, PODs).
• Track inbound/outbound shipments including import/export and air freight.
• Enter and update shipment details and costs in company systems.
