Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.
• Killer communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish a bonus.
• Cash handling, lending, or collections experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone with enthusiasm.
• Explain loan options and why Dollar Loan Center is preferred.
• Review applications, verify information, and ensure accuracy.
• Process loans promptly within underwriting guidelines.
• Explain loan terms and contract details to customers.
• Offer credit limit increases when eligible.
• Make calls to current customers about availability and products.
• Contact past-due accounts professionally and timely.
• Log notes with promise dates in the system.
• Calculate payments and address questions on due dates and interest.
• Enter data accurately to keep operations smooth.
• Open/close locations and travel between sites as needed.
