You’ll handle payments, contact past-due accounts, and log notes with promise dates. The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service, basic computer skills, and willingness to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.
• Strong communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
• Cash handling or lending/collections experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
