Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual ability is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan applications and underwriting questions.
• Explain loan terms and how payments are calculated.
• Process loan funding and record transactions accurately.
• Call past-due accounts with professionalism and persistence.
• Log clear notes and due dates in the system.
• Travel between locations as needed for coverage.
