You’ll handle data entry, explain contract details, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines. This role requires reliable travel between locations and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience.
• Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.
• Killer communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual is a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan applications and information.
• Review applications, verify data, and process loans.
• Explain loan terms and contract details to customers.
• Follow underwriting guidelines and determine approvals.
