Job summary

Dollar Loan Center in the United States seeks a Loan Processor to help customers meet short-term financial needs. You’ll review applications, verify information, and fund loans, with in-person or by-phone interactions across locations.

You’ll greet customers, explain loan terms, process underwriting-guided decisions, and handle past-due accounts with professionalism. Strong communication, bilingual skills preferred, and a clean background are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
• Cash handling, lending, or collections experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm in-person or over the phone.
• Explain why customers borrow and what makes Dollar Loan Center unique.
• Review loan applications, verify information and accuracy.
• Process loans quickly while following underwriting guidelines.
• Explain loan contracts and terms to customers clearly.
• Identify opportunities to approve loans and increase credit limits.
• Make marketing calls about available products to customers.
• Contact past-due accounts with timely, professional calls.
• Log notes with promise dates in the system.
• Calculate payments and answer questions about due dates and interest.
• Enter data accurately and help keep the office running smoothly.
