Strategic Legal Practices is seeking a bilingual client experience professional to be the welcoming, steady voice for our law firm. You will handle phones, emails, and in-person interactions, ensuring clients feel heard during stressful life moments.

Prior legal office experience is required. You will triage calls, schedule consultations, and maintain strict confidentiality while delivering compassionate service across channels.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and another language is required.
• Legal office experience is preferred and would help in handling sensitive client matters.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening are essential for client interactions.
• Discretion, reliability, and sound judgment are required in handling confidential information.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced law office environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other callers.
• Handle calls involving offers, settlements, and case updates with professionalism and discretion.
• De-escalate and support upset or anxious clients with empathy and patience.
• Deliver a consistently positive, calm client experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Accurately triage and route calls to the appropriate attorney or paralegal.
• Schedule consultations, court calls, and follow-ups while maintaining confidentiality.
