Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on banking options.
• Identify opportunities through conversations and referrals to branch staff.
• Engage customers in lobby activities to connect with them and position PNC products.
• Assist Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensure daily teller operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately.
