Responsabilidades

• Coach, mentor and lead tellers to deliver a superior customer experience and identify banking opportunities.
• Refer customers to branch staff and make appropriate referrals.
• Engage customers in-branch to position PNC products and educate on options.
• Support the Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection.
• Ensure compliance with policies and efficient daily branch operations.
