SiteOne Landscape Supply is hiring a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to serve commercial and residential customers. You will deliver exceptional service, nurture relationships, assist with orders, and help manage inventory and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Able to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or online orders.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales with existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management and store tasks while maintaining safety.
